The initial purchase price inlcudes ongoing use of the software plus one year of email based support and updates to the software released.

If you wish to continue to recieve updates and email based support after the end of the firs year the following charges apply.

'Gold' level support contracts

If you require high availability telephone based support, this is available as enhanced or 'gold' level support. The cost is 2 x the standard support / upgrade fee shown above.

Support on the ScriptBase ReportBuilder is outside the scope of either support ontract.

Reports / ReportBuilder consultancy

All versions of ScriptBase 4 include a powerful report writing system that produces reports and analysis of your prescribing, NDTMS and TOPS data. Standard reports are included with the installation, though you can also use the 'end user' report engine to write your own reports. This is however fairly complex, so we offer a consultancy service to create report templates you can import into and run from your ScriptBase.

The basic procedure is for you to provide a draft layout of the report you desire (eg. using Word) with a description of what data itesm mean. We translate this into a report template you import into your ScriptBase and run (repeatedly) against your live data.
