Before you purchase ScriptBase you must have installed ScriptBase on your computer (download your free trial). You will need to provide the Purchase Reference Code that is unique to your installation number along order. Using the wrong code may result in you not being able to unlock your installation.   • "Active clients" is the number of clients with current prescriptions on the system. There is no limit to the total number of clients on the system, the limitation is concurrent
  • "Team" is a group of worker accounts that can 'see' and work with the same set of client records and work from the same geographical location.
  • "Network" means users can use the same data concurrently across a network - a standalone version can be installed and run on a single machine.
  • (The term 'unlimited' means up to the technical limit of the system, which is 1bn records per table)
  

About the 'Solo' license

The 'Solo' version of the license can be used by a single prescriber for up to 40 active clients.

About the 'Practice' license

The practice license supports unlimited prescribers and up to 140 clients.

About the 'Clinic' license

The practice license supports unlimited prescribers for a single team (ie staff based at the same address) and up to 350 clients.

About the 'Trust' version

The Trust version is supplied as a client-server system with all teams running off the same database. If your organisation has several teams but does not have the network infrastructure to have a single consolidated database, you should purchase separate practice or clinic licenses for each team. The Trust version can be run via Citrix / Terminal services or the Client / Sever system supplied by ScriptBase (or even both for load-balancing purposes). Additional 'team' licences can be purchased to extend the Trust license, at the same cost as a standalone practice license (so currently £1,225 per additional team).

About the 'DAT' license

The DAT license allows the installation of unlimited installations of ScriptBase within the geographical area of the DAT. Each such installation supports unlimited clients and unlimited prescribers.
