Version 4 of ScriptBase is now available for download.
Please read the rest of this page before you proceed. Also read the latest Release Notes (as pdf or word) and if you see upgrade page if relevent.
Download the installation program by following the instructions to the right. Run the installation program and follow instructions on screen. After the software has been installed, run ScriptBase from the Windows menu. When it first runs, it will detect that this is a new installation or upgrade and request you register the this on the ScriptBase website.
For new installations
You must agree to a license agreement before you install the program. If you cannot agree to the license, remove the program from your hard disk and do not proceed.
Download
Version 4 of ScriptBase will take between 10 and 30 minutes on a dial up connection, and 50 seconds to 5 minutes on broadband. When you have downloaded the file, 'sbinstall.exe' run it on the machine you wish to use ScriptBase on. On most computers you will need to be logged on as the System Administrator.

Version 4 of ScriptBase is able to create a new database by importing from ScriptBase 3. See the upgrade page for more information.
